How do I return an order to epartsroom.com?
We are sure you will be satisfied with your purchase & we will do our best to serve you !
If however an item proves to be defective within 30 days of purchase, our policy is to replace the product at no cost and free shipping of the new item. The item & packaging must have been kept in new condition in all aspects other than the defect and MUST be retuned in its original packaging.
To return an unopened item within 30 days of purchase, there will be a restocking fee of upto 30%. To return an unopened product after 30 days of purchase, the restocking fee will be 50%. The packaging must be in original condition & must be wrapped up before returning it.
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange it for the correct product and the box/cartridge is still sealed with the manufactures seal in place, customers will only be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the replacement and no restocking fee will be charged. To return a product please email or call us for a return authorization number. Any products returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Restrictions apply on certain items (i.e., Circuit Boards, Electrical Parts, Accessories).
How can I track my order?
Epartsroom.com sends an automated confirmation of your order which will contain your order number.
Simply email your request to us with your order number in the subject line.
We offer free UPS Ground shipping on orders $200 and over which allows us to provide you with tracking information for all orders with Epartsroom.com as soon as the information is available to us. (Restrictions May Apply)
How can I change my order or add to it?
Once you've submitted your order, it's important for you to know that in-stock items are generally processed for shipment within 24 hours, or on the next business day if the order is received on a weekend.

What is your backorder policy for items that are out of stock?
In the event an item is temporarily out of stock when you place your order, we will check on deliverability with our manufacturer and contact you with a ship date if it can not ship immediately. Note that we do not keep any items on order, unless you instruct us otherwise or the manufacturer informs us the item is not timely available.
Any Sales Orders containing a back ordered item will be completed and shipped with available items, the order containing the back ordered item will be closed and an automated notification will we scheduled, once the item is available you will receive an email notice and the product will need to be reordered.
Can I place my order by email?
For your security, do not at any time include your credit card number or any other sensitive customer information in an e-mail to us, or any other merchant. When will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card will first be checked for proper authorization with your issuing bank. When your order is processed for shipment, it is billed as processing is completed.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Currently we only charge sales tax on orders shipped to Texas addresses, however for oganizations in the industry we do require a state re-sale certificate.

What is your policy for returned checks due to insufficient funds ?
Checks returned for insufficient funds may be charged up to a $100.00 service fee, depending on the amount of the original order and associated bank fees.
How do I order a product that is not on your website ?

Do you take international orders?
Yes! Epartsroom will take international orders. We currently have regular customers in many different countries all over the world. International orders are subject to associated freight and shipping charges, as these orders do not qualify for our free $2000 and above shipping option but we will always ship within the 48 contiguous states on orders $200 and over UPS Ground for free. (Alaska and Hawaii not included)
Can I use my own shippers account number?
Epartsroom.com has a working relationship with UPS and UPS Freight; we offer competitive rates on all expedited methods of shipping (3 day select and quicker). Was my credit card charged twice or overcharged?
At Epartsroom.com we bill your credit card as your order is processed and shipped. Please note that when we receive your credit card order, the amount required for purchase must first be authorized by our credit card payment processor. I ordered online with a credit card, why does my Invoice reflect a balance due?
When an order is placed at Epartsroom.com your credit card is immediately authorized for the amount of the purchase, within 24 to 48 hours that amount is debited from your account reflecting a posted charge with your issuing bank and transferred to our account, at that point payments are applied to invoices. Epartsroom.com will ship your order the same day or within 24 hours all before your account reflects PAID.
What is a CCV number and why do you require it for purchase?
CCV stands for Card Code Verification. The CCV number is a three or four digit number on your credit card, in addition to your account number. This number was created to help protect you (and other merchants) from credit card fraud. Essentially someone must have actual possession of your credit card to make a purchase online/over the phone. We require the CCV number on credit card so that someone with just a credit card number is unable to use it. This number is not stored on-line or retained by Epartsroom.com.
