PLEASE NOTE: Procedures for Processing a Request for Return and obtaining an RMA Form are listed at the bottom of this page. Please follow instructions closely to ensure a quick replacement, credit or refund:

New Products.

ePartsRoom Inc. is proud to offer Brand New OEM products from major manufactures. It is very rare that this product is damaged or defective unfortunately, in these cases there are no methods for our company to return damage or defective merchandise to the manufacture. All OEM Products are marketed and distributed on an "as is" basis and all sales of OEM products are considered final. This restriction only pertains to new OEM products. Some manufacturer restrictions do exist and are outlined in the Product Returns

After thirty days from the purchase date, all manufacturer warranties will apply and any warranty-related issues that arise must be taken up with the OEM manufacturer directly. ePartsRoom, Inc. specifically makes no warranty as to the compatibility or suitability of any new OEM product for any particular application.

Refurbished Products.

A 30/60/90 day conditional warranty on all refurbished products is offered by the company on used or refurbished items. Should any refurbished product arrive defective or fail within thirty days of purchase, it will be either repaired or replaced. If it cannot be repaired or replaced, ePartsRoom, Inc. will issue a credit for the full purchase amount of the product. Some manufacturer restrictions do exist and are outlined in the terms of sale. ePartsRoom, Inc. specifically makes no warranty as to the suitability of any product for any particular application.


Product Returns - Repackaged/Refurbished Product

Defective Returns:

ePartsRoom, Inc. will accept defective returns on most products purchases up to thirty days from the date of purchase. Defective products may be returned for repair or replacement ONLY. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, a credit will be issued. Any products returned to ePartsRoom which have been disassembled or do not contain the company's proprietary marks and stamps will be classified as void of warranty, in which the company will decline the RMA request.

ALL returns are subject to approval by our Returns Department and require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to be processed. Any returns that are shipped without an RMA number will not be processed. The instructions for obtaining an RMA can be found at the bottom of this page.

All returns must be received at ePartsRoom’s warehouse within fifteen business days of the date the RMA was issued or the return will be denied and sent back freight collect. Returned products must be returned undamaged and complete with all packaging intact. This means it must be 100% complete with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. If the package is not complete, the return will be denied.

Any shortages or other discrepancies must be reported to ePartsRoom, Inc. within five business days of delivery or it will not be processed.

No credits will be issued on items damaged in transit to ePartsRoom, Inc. Customer is responsible for insuring the shipment and will be required to process any claim that becomes necessary.

Advance replacements will be at the discretion of ePartsRoom, Inc. Failure to return original product will result in a charge for the replacement product at the current market price.

If the shipping carrier damages the merchandise during transit, the receiving party MUST make a notation on the shipping carrier’s delivery record and notify ePartsRoom’s Return Department immediately to arrange for carrier inspection and the pick-up of the damaged merchandise. If ePartsRoom, Inc. is not notified of the damaged goods within five business days of delivery, the regular return policy will override any claim of damage and will fall under any manufacturer restrictions that may apply.


Non-Defective Returns:

ePartsRoom, Inc. will accept non-defective returns on most used or refurbished product purchases up to five days from the date of delivery. However, restocking fees may apply, some manufacturers return policies (i.e. Canon, Ricoh, Sharp, Imagistics, Xerox, Toshiba, etc…) prohibit the return of non-defective products. In these cases, we are forced to abide by the manufacturer's policy and will not accept any non-defective returns.

 ALL returns are subject to approval by our Returns Department and require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. An RMA Request must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the product. Any returns that are shipped without an RMA number will not be processed. The instructions for obtaining an RMA can be found at the bottom of this page.

All non-defective returns are subject to a retesting and restocking fee of up to 25% or $75 (whichever is greater). ePartsRoom does not provide its inventory for testing or trouble-shooting purposes and if returns become excess the company reserves the right to refuse RMA requests. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

On orders that are refused by the customer, a restocking fee (25% or $75 whichever is greater) and the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

All software sales are final unless they are unopened and the seals are intact.

Procedure for Processing a Return:

1. Obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) Form by clicking here (Please provide Sales Order Number). Return Request

2. In your email request add "Return" to the subject line also  provide in the email "Sales order Number and Product Issue".

3. Be sure to include all of your company information. Once the completed Return Authorization Form is received, it will be reviewed for approval. Once it is approved, an RMA number will be assigned and sent to you. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

4. Along with the RMA number a return address will be provided to you. Ship the product being returned immediately to ensure it is received within the fifteen-day window provided to return the product to us.  It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the returning product is packaged properly to avoid damage.  Any return shipping damage may void your claim.
